Question for anyone in the know. HCCP HCM RNs are required to take a Behavioral Health CBT in the Learning Center. Are all HCCP RNs doing this? 2nd question: Does anyone know when "Humana 2.0" is going into effect and what about training?

What courses? I have not gotten any to take
WF indicated at the last town hall that they would reveal more about 2.0 in mid to late August. I'm not holding my breath, but that is what was said. No one thinks its strange that RNs are now taking behavioral health courses while the behavioral health department is making cuts? And all this talk about a one stop shop for members. I like the idea, but not if it requires RNs being social workers and vice versa. Hoping August brings answers.
