Mr. Paul N. Saleh is Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President Dumping stock

Should anyone be concerned that DXC is rated overweight and the CFO is dumping stock?

As much as I'd like to see them doing something naughty and getting discovered, this isn't it.

Pre-planned trades and something they do all of the time if you look back at CSC board share dealings.

As a director of a publicly traded company, you always have to be really careful to never to be seen making any move that either suggests the thing is going down the can or using insider knowledge to maximise your gain.

So you just make a pattern of selling your shares on a regularly basis over the year and clearing the decks from one FY before you get your next issue.

Nice and safe and very much open and honest - its about the only time these bozos are.

Overweight is not a negative. On the contrary an Overweight rating by the investment firms means it's a Buy. The stock will get pumped up - that's the only goal of this company. Whatever sales they are doing were planned a while ago per SEC regulations.

That is after they bought same amount of shares at a predetermined price such as $27.00 a share. They then sell them at current price I.E. $78.00 a share. You'll notice the M and S symbols by each transaction. M is the stock they bough and S is the selling of that same stock. All companies do it. So even though I am def. not a fan of DXC manangement. They are not dumping stock..just getting richer off it..

Mike Nefkins sold 50,132 shares on 7/21 leaving him with just 9,961 shares. https://weekherald.com/2017/07/26/dxc-technology-company-dxc-evp-michael-g-nefkens-sells-50132-shares.html says he directly owns the 9.9K shares - does he indirectly own other shares.

I should have added a link to the post below.

Also I notice Mike Lawrie is not on the list of those that have recently sold a significant number of shares. When you see him moving shares in numbers then that is probably significant.

Meg at Uber. Bwaaahahahaha. That would be awesome. Toxicity seeks its own.

"Of course! We're 110% behind your vision Mike, we have every confidence in your.... er,wait. Are these THIS year's Q1 figures!? Seriously? But I thought those headwinds were temporary and that we were going to embark on a massive push to re-educate our clients to overcome their ignorance and reluctance to change to digital fears? OK. Erm, excuse me, I just got to call my broker quick and get rid of some shares that are blocking the driveway. Got to do that before August 10th"

not only him but Steve Hilton, Meg Whitman and William Deckelman also made some significant sales transactions in early June....

Meg might be just a standard dump to get out and move on. She is being considered for a CEO position with Uber. (just a throwaway thought)

Paul, Steve and William are significant indicators that, being very cynical here, DXC did not meet it numbers for the 1st quarter. The stock will suffer as a result.
