I work in the Dallas contact center MSR1 but I was told it's going to more of diff depts like mirr,pirr,n etc n some smaller centers.We cover Ca,MI,SC,TX We serve alot of members but I think our contact center OK

Who advised that? I was in the contact center's management and from my understanding they are over staffed. Especially in MMP.
Who told you that? I would not believe it unless it came from a VP or higher. They don't know. No one knows will September.
I sure hope UT is okay. 😭 I'm a Pharmacy Technician here, and they have hired a lot of techs!
