It's just soooo painful to go to work at Molina these days. The waiting is really dragging everybody down, whole teams.
Any so called efficiency is more than shot now.
Nobody's smiling, nobody's enthused, nobody cares, nobody knows if they will have a job tomorrow. Very depressing indeed.

I'm not a Molina employee, but my husband is. This is one of the most stressful weeks ever. It's already taking a toll at home. There's not a day since Monday that I did not think--are they letting him go? Will he stick around for a while? He is the breadwinner in the family and we will be greatly impacted if they let him go. This s---s. I'm sorry for venting here.
