Is there any news going on for ADI AND HBS with HBT?

This is interesting to see comments about HBS and HPS Sales as HBS is the only part of ACS/HBT that is not "improved" by the succession of re-organization, being HCH, COE, SWS.... That being said it does not seem not probable that both could be part of the same spinoff as they are now part of different SBG what would increase cost of Sales....

Haven't heard anything on ADI. I did hear Building Solutions and Process Solutions have been sold and they were going to announce the sale this week.

The only confirmed news I know of is the GUV just collaborated with VRX to partner with CBP on the ABT initiative to BEC the SQU.
