For those who will be laid off, remember what email said. Molina will make sure that you're taken care of, between trying to find a new open position, or a severance package, unemployment benefits, etc. You will not be just kicked out fending for yourself. In the meantime, enjoy your job, be happy for the time you're there and don't worry until when the time comes. Love my Molina family ❤ And wish us all the best!

This is so sad. I bet Dr. Molina is turning over in his grave. His mission of taking care of low income people was lost somewhere.
I am not necessarily excluded from this. I am one of you and yes it would devastating to lose my job. I am just trying to keep my chin up. That's all.
You must be insane. Taking care of your employees is keeping them by making smart decisions and preventing a---hat circumstances from occurring that would lead to this in the first place..
