There are rumors of another 400 in Hoffman next Tuesday and 100 end of August. Just rumors so take this with a grain of salt.

I don't see the 2nd quarter financials being even remotely good, so I think we can expect even further cuts, and closures. There is massive upheaval in the stores, a constant stream of bad news scaring customembers, and the squeeze that Eddie is putting on the organization to produce profits (which is exactly the wrong thing to do). Let's just hope they use good sense, and let things stabilize. We could use one or two fewer layers of management. And we should really think about dropping SYW. Let's face it-it is not a profit engine that was promised when the project was conceived.

Not true unless today is the 1st Day of no more layoffs. This week saw the departure of several HR people in my region. Poof! Gone.
