Get rid of the layers of district managers doing nothing but micromanaging the sales managers. We do not need a district mgr to do our floor plans. We have the same information and can walk the floor with vpsm and mom like they do.
The vpsm can hold us accountable. We really do not need 20 emails a day to do our job. I can look at yesterday's pre sale results without a condescending email from a DM.
Go with a DM, Assistant DM, Ops DM, Visual DM and AP DM and be done. He is already going district. We do not need mail to store operations and HR let the AST do their jobs.
