This organization will never be the same again. The culture is forever gone. The legacy of Dr. C David Molina is dead and what remains are greedy, spineless, and spiteful executives who should have been the first to go. Instead, they removed the true leaders who gave their heart and soul.

Agree 100%. Goes against everything that originally drew me to this company. Profit doesn't belong anywhere near healthcare.
Unfortunately when it became a public traded company it became about profits and it was all about the almighty dollar and how much a shareholder gets. Wait til they get a good offer from welmed or WellCare or Anthem or Cigna or centene to sell the board of directors will approve sale so shareholders including them add $$$ to the pocket. A Romney was on the board that is what his company does grab a company cut it make it profitable and stop the bleeding then put a bow on it and let bidders grab it

Absolutely. It does not feel the same without the leadership of John and Mario Molina. They made this company what it is and the folks with cruel and monitory motives are ruining the spirit and fabric of this great company..
An exorcism is needed for the board of directors. Hope it's on the agenda on the next board meeting.
