Does anyone have any insight as to why Humana posted an ad tonight looking to hire PHC's?
I think most of us don't blame coaches for anything - it's illogical to blame them, they have no power in this.

What irritates me is when I moved into the phc position. I clearly saw a lot of redundancy with our care model and it did not make since. I knew this day would come. I hope management get it right this time. All we need is one person to be the mbr go to and move them along as their health warrants. Not 5 people harassing the person. If model had remained simply then we probably wouldn't be here today.
Managers didn't have info- senior leadership VPs and HR do. Stop judging what you don't know to the below poster. I'm so over the jerks who want to blame their coach and managers. I am one and very offended by those inaccurate assumptions. Please stop!!!! Thank you to those who knew and had the courage to share!! So appreciative.
I really appreciate the heads up. I'm making calls to friends and getting me another job lined up. I will not leave they will have to lay me off
I don't think most managers knew details, other than higher ups, to share. But yes, thanks to those who shared. It can be tough on this site because there is a lot of knee jerk skepticism, so thanks for sharing in the face of all that noise.
