SH - the program began in October 2014, most every PHC in it will hit their 3 yr anniversary in October. If they notify us in early Aug, we could literally lose a year of severance by a day or two. I know that's not anyone's top priority right now, I'm just shaking my head at the timing. We are going to need everything we can get but the timing is rough. They don't round up. I guess I should be grateful for any severance at all.

The next graduation of the 90,000 will occur mid august and he was very telling during the meeting that it would not be October but much sooner. Next 1-3 weeks depending on how quick hr gets the paperwork together.

This next member movement is going to take a while so that is why no one has gotten laid off as of today. They need all of us right now. I am not looking forward to the next couple of months.

Yes, they said: Stay positive. Lets all partner together.

I heard 75% of members would be moved to self managed in the LH program and a small percentage from LTIH, which would make more sense. Maybe your COM misspoke?

You know morale is bad when one of the questions asked about layoffs was, "can we volunteer?" (Asked during meetings with JR).

Does JR have any responsibility for his statement if "no more pkanned layoffs" and creating false hope to employees under his direction?

In answer to the earlier poster: Yes, we were told to stay positive, especially while talking to members.

So in our meeting they said about 75% of the 110,000 member would come from pics and the rest from hcmrns. Yet they say there are no expected Rn impactions. Tell me how they will remove 27,000 members from the rns and NOT need to make cuts?!?

This is awful....they are pulling 110,000 members from HCM's due to "analytics" to put them self managed and no calls from HCM. Do they not get the fact these reports are faulty on so many levels....

So the HCM's get higher acuity, sicker people but no lowering of roster total members....DUH....

Is that what they told you? "Stay positive"?

Yes, stay positive and get back on the phones and continue to act like everything is fine.

I do not understand why they drag it out. Tell those who are being cut BAM, this waiting and wondering is stressful and counter productive and HURTS more
