All jobs are temporary. Departure from Molina is a new beginning. You might go through the cycle of denial, despair, anger, etc. On the other hand, for many of us the colors will be brighter, the birds sing sweeter and the world is an infinite range of possibilities. Maybe now is the time to consider a whole different career, or a move closer to family. Change is often good. I hope each of us avoids the axe, if it does not work out - Godspeed...

Why would you ask if they are from management? If you didn't notice management isn't safe from this. Go on the Intranet and look at the diagram, the only ones that are safe are this new interim CEO and the two right under him. Management is at risk, they also have families, and mortgages, rent, etc.. have to eat too. For the record I am not in management I just feel like we are all in this together.
Are you from the management? That's what they will say...if yes, then please don't paint a Rosy picture because for people with family, losing a job is a big deal! Especially when health care is so expensive! Please don't sell me this "change is good" stuff.
Amen. You are a true leader.

A positive attitude is only valuable when balanced with an informed, logical mind. These layoffs are a symptom of a much, much larger event unfolding. The next 6 months will show you clearly what I am talking about, at which time these rosey comments will seem silly at best.
