The peer average cheaters are the new MPS cheaters

When your coach tells you the Mps numbers are possible because nurse suzi gets them, but then you look at nurse suzi's hcar report and compare it to the talk time report the coach sent out...well wait a minute, this doesn't add up. She barely gets 3 hours talk time but teaches 15 to 20 people a day? Yes folks, 20 successful contacts a day. And the coach sees nothing wrong with that AT ALL. in fact the coach is telling you that she's super nurse and you ALL need to copy her behavior because she's got it figured out! Well wait a minute, I covered her voicemail while she was out a few weeks ago and she was taking successful member contact on someone who said "I'm busy, call back tommorow," so I know something smells rotten anyway.

But hey, her MPS is all green and above 80% and she'll get a raise. While the rest of us kill ourselves just trying to get out of the pink.

You can not make an anonymous complaint to HR4U. They record your name, and your leaders do get told.

When Humana focuses primarily on numbers- I doubt that coach would get in any trouble. Nurse Suzy seems to be playing the game or racket that Humana supports

Call the ethics hotline or hr 4 u and report it. You can do it anonymously.

Of course it's fraud, but the coaches don't care. They are getting just as much pressure from above to perform as we are. So they turn a blind eye to unethical behavior. Then if those nurses get found out they will claim they didn't know and throw them under the bus faster than light speed.

That is fraud and grounds for firing. You can't take credit for calls that medical information has not been exchanged.

Coaches are not to be coaching you to peer average. Rat her out. She will get in trouble and shut her mouth. Also coaches should have the common sense to see 20 calls in 3 hours clearly couldn't be that successful. That's 6 minutes average per call.
