I never paid much attention but you are right....I saw very few caucasians today as I walked to different meetings on campus. about 70% Indian 20% middle eastern...very few negro and a few caucasian....I wonder if there is metric published public to see.

8:1 is the ratio, CE is now going 12:1 or even worse
