People here aren't haters. They just speak their minds with some unjustice. Dow sizing Molina okay we get it. But financially down sizing a company when salaries are a problem. People being let go aren't working in drive thru. More than many have higher education degrees with years of school and experience. We just ask for upper management to be fair. What do they have to lose. They got rid off the Molina's brothers, with years of hard work and most likely kissing butt. So don't come on this pay defending such a lying so call leader. This page is for those highly impacted by this layoff and those that have lost their careers not just a job.
