My associates discount has been shut down. I worked for Sears for over 18 years, my store closed down in March 2017. I am a retiree I should be able to get the associate discount back in points.
If anyone has any information on what I can do to get my points back, I have called 88Sears and no help. Should I call SYWR? Thank You for your help.
I thought that I'd need a new card but my old card still works or should I say "works again"

I'm the one who asked & I'm glad you're getting the % discount. I think it's the better deal. You may not be retired but you're retired from Sears. Enjoy you discount. You earned it.
At this time I am getting nothing. With the help from this board I found out my problem. I am now a retiree, and I needed to call 88Sears to get a retiree discount card. I am coded in the system as a retiree. When I signed all of my paper work in April I was not informed that I would need a new discount card. I had over 18.5 years at Sears, I am not ready to retiree, but I am owed the discount for all of my service time at Sears, and I am just at 55 this year. I received my pension at 100%. So, that tells you I was with Sears for some time. A retiree will get the discount and not the points, which is fine with me. I called 88Sears, I am just waiting on my card.
Are you getting the % discount or the points. Just curious.
I already called 88Sears, I stated that in my original post, read with understanding. I come this site to get answer, and I got my answer. I also called SYWR after I made the post. Please be nice. Thanks

You will still get to keep your discount card if you are a retiree. You simply have to order a new card for retirees. Call the hr support at 1-888-887-3277. They will issue you a retiree card. You will get the discount instead of points.
If you a retired associate you still get the discount, you do not qualify for points back. The retired associates program did not change.
