As a 22 year former employeer back end Support Manager that managed both a inhouse flat bed drivers and a outside XPO delivery service there is no comparison. The XPO service consisted of illiterate,nonspeaking rude drivers. KEEP IN MIND Lowe's does not hire felon or individuals with serious misdemeanors. These outside services do not screen there wonderful people. So shop at Lowe's, puchase that refrigerator, set it up for delivery and invite that possible thief, child molester or rapist into your home. You may laugh at this comment but when a horrific event happens Lowe's will pay dearly. Lastly the store manager at one store didn't even have the balls to sit in with them ASM or HR to talk to them drivers.

I also agree with Former and thankful.
I am not a longevity Employee and in my experience and interaction with Lowes management and Xpo support and service teams are just as stated.

I agree with everything said. They have destroyed many good people's lives. Example: Driver at one of 18th So Ca. locations purchased a new vehicle 2 days prior to getting slapped in the face with a layoff notice. Wow you think your job is secure think again. Lowe's people are just a number,.
LOL in a time of non confrontation you expect a Store Manager to sit in?? Please no one wants to do the dirty work.. I am so glad I am leaving Lowe's soon to go part time. I am using all my benefits. Finishing my hundreds of sick hours and my vacation. I will have nothing left by the end of the year. Since I am a CSA 5 this is my out. Lowe's wants cheap labor no matter where it is. They don't care about anyone. Look at the horrible benefits package you have with them. You have super high deductibles.
