My store can go a little more to survive honestly we just have to get rid our manager he is the most useless out of all the managers. He makes the most he just walks around bosses you around and ask for numbers if you don't have the numbers he wants he starts blaming as its your fault. Even the ASM know that he is no good, but I know the one next to go is the most useful one the ASM for operations its gona be sad when she leaves its going to get nasty.
Any idea if any ASM are going to loose there job at sears? We could loose about 3 cause they don't help on floor anyways. The just call people to hub just to ask them something. It's called get off your A--..
Marketplace team had 8 casualties. Not sure about any other groups.

Months ago I was one of those statistics myself. I feel for those losing jobs - that feeling of the uncertainty even though it may well be tempered with a sense of relief. I know I was relieved once I sat down in the car to leave - first time I had to myself to take in what just happened.
Pls take solace in the fact there is a better life out there aside from that misery known as Sears. Best of luck to those who may have lost jobs today.
