The t----- trick will work 100%, confirmed. All the laid off SCA employees with gender identity issues will be transferred to OPC instead
@vtd: It doesn't work anymore. Instead, when they tell you that you're being laid off, you immediately ask: "Why, is it because I'm uncomfortable as a man/woman and I want to switch genders?"
Then you just continue that spiel.
I got a phone call from my manager back in June...
The whole thing lasted under 10 minutes - she was reading a script and following Oracle RIF training narrative... Will cover the terms of separation and severance. It will by dry and cold, very professional though.
You will get a package by EOD or day after via FedEx.... Your manager will specify that.
