Q is in a terrible situation, losing a lot of top talent in all levels, keep the riffraff villagers, lots of attrition now during review making sure only the right dialect gets promoted, hiring back folks who got laidoff in 2015, promotion low performing consultants as senior staff, backstabbing as if there is no tomorrow, fear and incompetence all around. It is sad to witness such a brilliant enterprise to become a dumpster.
