I Have been busting my a-- for over 19 years for this company and Raytheon. The Raytheon days were alot better. I will say this, until they get a management team in house, that understands and knows how to run the business of a true VVIP completion center,as far as Head of State aircraft are concerned, it is a sinking ship. I have traveled for this company doing what i do, since 2002, AND I AM GOOD AT WHAT I DO, WAS REMOVED FROM AM4, due to the fact the old wing shop/ P-3 management does not want to listen to those with more expierience and knowledge, and mind you, underpaid for the skillset level, and experience I have. The management, local and GVL level is totally responsible for the loss of budget, loss of contracts, military and Head of State, and the lack of persuing more business 2 years ago! It's upsetting and stressful to me, because i have seen the good ole boy system in place, and HR dept, is just as responsible, along with the board of directors in NY, this facilities loss, is a tax right off. If corporate had wanted it to succeed, they would have cleaned the house years ago, from the managers on the floor all the way to the 3rd floor, and made sure they hired the expierienced management team needed to succeed, on the military, and Head of State side of the operation.
Well said, @P1AZInZ-xvb.
