Can someone make sure that the crew at JM4 gets a link to this page? There is a ton of really good insight here - if I was to steer the ship, I'd want to know what my crew really thought, how my crew really felt... It's a long journey and we are about to enter some rough seas, unless the crew is onboard the ship is sinking...
