Got an email in Morning about conference call. Call was just about 5 min, to tell that you're fuc*ed up. Then HR called each one to choose from Involuntary Termination or Mutual separation. Then submit your stuff and Go Home !
Mutual separation entitles you to get severance package. Involuntary termination gives you an opportunity to file a case in court against Oracle and no severance package.
For folks in US, don't think your job is coming to India. It is not going anywhere except devnull.

This was hardly a call it was a replay of a recorded message and VP marketing BS with a delayed start ! C'mon a heartfelt thank you and good bye would have sufficed.
. and here in USA locations, some jerks are complaining that their jobs are going to India.
