Will never improve as long as the Greenville cull non-leaders are still in place. Plus the other culls that have remained JMR and DH among others with the cronies they have put in place. None have any idea what team building is. They manage by threats, bulling, intimidation...

Give the initials please of the "2 senior leaders talking". Also initials of who they are laying odds on as for in/out? The rest of us are just curious......
this week at waco in the hallway of all places, 2 sr leaders talking about future and who is in and who is out, ........... a mistake or planned conversation to get others to leave on their own. where is the respect of the employees
The leaders know it's a sinking ship so they do what is necessary to fatten their bank account.

Soon we will be reading that the big defense contractors are purchasing properties in 3rd world countries. Globalization continues to reduce the U.S. to that level.
Big Layoff at Greenville, Crestview and Waco and stock price jumps, peoples lives disrupted because people didn't do their job in Leadership, they keep their jobs and cash in on the stock both in Gvlll and New York, thanks Chris K, your doing a great job up there keep raking in the dough
