Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Even the mighty Amazon can't turn a profit in retail

Last quarter Amazon had almost 40 billion in sales and lost money in durable goods/groceries,etc. They are however making money in their cloud computing. It seems their primary goal is to keep driving prices down until they put everyone out of business, then they will have the monopoly. Seems like there is some anti competitive practices going on and perhaps they will get called on it soon. I am however not an expert in Antitrust law.

The "Mighty Amazon" practically never turns a profit, only until recently, and given the current climate of "Non-GAAP" reporting on Wall Street, it's probably BS.

All smoke and mirrors since 2008. There was no recovery, only a debt fueled circus binge built on lies.

The hangover will be epic.
