It has now been a year since they completed the Intelligrated acquisition and they killed their numbers in the first year, but now those numbers are reported in organic sales and I think they are going to have a big miss, but it shouldn't have a big impact until Q4. They already announced proactive furlough's for Q3 & Q4, so it's obvious that management sees rough waters ahead. My guess is that there will also be a RIF before year end.

Don't think the scapegoat will be the business leader for SPS. He was handpicked by DA to replace him when he left that business. Sh*t rolls downhill and I'm sure that they it will stick to a few people below the president/CEO.
I hear that sales are off $50,000,000. If there are demotions, layoffs and terminations then Honeywell will be looking for a scapegoat.
Responsibility for what?
