Everythingis so quite at my store... Changes are definitely coming..it's just a matter of when. All team members should prepare for a change..whether it be good or bad. Ir's just reality.
I don't see any good coming from this merger for the old timers. The young ones..they don't care and rightly so...to them this job is just a stepping stone. I understand that.
Amazon has an awful reputation as an employer,,but as customers we all love them..so I understand that too. I have been a team member for three years now. I am not dumb. The changes that are taking place run VERY deep..even if no one is talking about them. Everyone should start preparing for the changes that are about to come.

Any job, person, thing, place is subject to change at anytime. All things change. When they do not change they are on the verge of changing. Nothing stays the same.

They're just using you until the big throwdown. All of WFM's leadership chain from the top down are subject to elimination anytime, and you can bet it will happen right after the holidays. Jeff got a little carried away on this one and that $13.7 billion is starting to look like a big mistake.
