Thread regarding L3 Technologies layoffs

For those who believe they are a victim of wrongful termination

If you think you are a victim of wrongful termination, then submit a protest and request an independent review. L3 does have an arbitration process that only you can request. Call the L3 Ethics Hotline if you feel that your termination was retaliatory in nature, was based on your age, or if you acted improperly in fear of disciplinary action. If these steps do not resolve your situation, please know that there are multiple lawyers in Waco that are well aware of the financial challenges that L3 faces and the inappropriate steps they have been taking to reduce costs.

Ethics is a joke at L3, they are scared of the Presidents, they don't look at documents and clearly want problems to go away so they try to outlast you, call the Gov Hot Line if you have a issue that relates to contracts otherwise s--- it up or you will be put on a list

Ethics investigations start at the lowest level (WACO) not at Corporate so it could appear that things are not being looked at. But I can tell you that everything is reviewed outside the local site. Reporting wrongful termination - I have to ask what do you want to gain? Corporate is not going to get your job back as the restructure is being demanded from that level.

Anyone remember the Schuster days? This is not going to be the first round.

Do NOT even believe what is stated above! Texas is a "Right to Work" state. You have the right to work anywhere that will hire you. You can quit for any reason. By the same token, a company in Texas can let you go with or without reason. That is the Law people, look it up.

Stop the lies. HR and ethics exist solely to protect management. They are not an employee advocate. No victim stands a chance against well crafted setups and coverups involving multiple layers of management in collusion backed by the financial resources of a multi-million dollar corp.
