Reason given for RA was that position is no longer required but they don't like me to WFH and forcing me to choose other option than the 90days package. And they expect me to be at work and help them..well why should I do that. I was thinking of filing a lawsuit as they mentioned that it was not my performance and there is plenty of work in my filed and they need me there is no reason to remove the Job.

You're lucky. You avoided the psychic pain of being set up for failure and put on a PIP in a "no win" situation.

@OP - I am assuming all noted is semantically correct - based on this, you have a fairly solid case that any employment attorney would take on a contingency.
How stupid of a move on their part...
