It's no wonder that they only have two users in the US, one of which is MSK where it was developed. Two. 1+1, 3-1....not three or four...or one....two.

Machine Learning and AI is so long off from being ready to handle people's health it's not funny. The current hype is all manufactured to get s---ers to buy in early and help IBM build the data footprint.
Even if Watson worked they can't get product out the door. This is in spite of the fact that they scoured the earth to find the absolute best person to lead the Go To Market for Watson Health. After millions of dollars and many months of searching they settled on Lisa Rometty....yep, she's rumored to be Ginny Rometty's niece or sister in law. Who would have thought that she would bet the company on a close relative?
The VAST majority of the IBM'ers who came over to run Watson Health have no real domain experience and they are leaving and retiring in droves because they know where this will end.

But it is true for all IA, machine learning systems... these systems are mostly dumb at this point and this is not any time soon that we will see any real intelligence in these machines. Well, Elon Musk seems to think otherwise!
