I am in the SOC team and they asked me to volunteer with a generous package. They are targeting high pay individuals at all levels. High pay is also usually high performance but my director said the management does not care. They just want worker bees to push out crap products. Goodbye Q. Don't wait until they target you. Worst time to look for a job is when you urgently need one. I am broken

Agreed on KK. He is a bully who drove out many talented people for his own personal benefit. When compared to soc leaders at other companies, he doesn't make the cut from management skills and technical expertise. He is hardly around and keeps managing up instead of his team. But the executive management make one mistake after another. He should be the first one to get a package, not some staff engineer working his a-- off
They should give a package to KK, the SOC team would be much more productive.
Lots of people still in denial. keep making yourselves believe in fairy tales. The end is near. Q will be a much smaller company. Brace for rough times ahead. And significant layoffs in San Diego.
The people in N 10th floor don't have to worry about a thing. Most of those guys don't have to work a single day rest of their lives. They will lose their jobs too but so what? It's not like a staff engineer losing their job and not being able to pay the mortgage
