Bonus letters are being handed out in UCS but apparently no salary hike this year. Is this only for UCS or other BU's as well?
Is it possible for me to disagree with bonus letter and ask leadership to revise the decisions?

Raise/Promotion considerations were typically done yearly. Looks like those "yearly" exercises are moving to a 5-quarter/18-month cycle. Another way Cisco erodes its support of employees.

When are typically promotions announced? My memory is fading ... but I would say, October.

In UCS you were lucky atleast you got bonus. In several groups only Mgmt and LEadership got the bonus!
lol. They will ask you you didn't build rocket like Elon Musk. So you didn't get it.
You can also question layoffs. Neither will get you anywhere. Management is telling people to consider themselves lucky for getting anything. My manager tried to use it to sell me on Chuck.
