In mid 2016, I was a G11 in the Midwest working from home and my base $117k. I am not with Cisco anymore.
G10 Engineer in RTP NC: 120k base, typically about 180k total comp including bonus and annual RSU vesting

midpoint as 135k is very high for G10 , my manager mentioned that it is midpoint for G11 salary !

If you're asking because you're considering stepping down from an 11 or 12 to an open G10 spot - don't waste your time. Virtually all open positions are frozen.. nobody's going anywhere except out.
midpoint ~135k, max. ~165k bonus 15%; RSUs - depends - from zero, to about 500 per year, but it really depends on your BU and management chain.
Glassdoor is a joke - salaries there are waaay lowballed.
Midpoint is supposedly 131k
