Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

It doesn't take long though, for a narcissistic manager to turn on an employee. All it takes from the employee is one slight mistake in language at the wrong time, one smile in the wrong place, one complement about another employee who happens to be the bosses most-hated enemy and it's all over with.

You start by assuming that your manager is normal and you find out pretty quickly that they're not.

They don't discuss anything with the employees, they just attack. No mentoring, no second chances. The boss has an endless stream of incoming employees they can intimidate and harass and no one above them who gives a sh-- what they do.

Sick, sick, sick management. Some serious mental cases in the management. Some of these guys would make great psychological studies.

Oracle is the "trailer park of tech"

Those employees who have not figured out that they are working for a dysfunctional narcissistic stack of clueless managers need to wake up and look around. It's easy to pretend the people above you know what they're doing, but they have no clue.

The management stack has been decaying for years. If you are new, it takes a while to realize where you actually are. This post is as relevant as everything else out here. It just points out the truth.

If you have been laid off, rejoice and enjoy knowing that you don't have to deal with the toxic dysfunctional environment at oracle any more. You can look at Oracle for what is actually was, a toxic mess.

If you are new to Oracle, be warned.

It’s axtually quite dangerous and there will be legal nuclear fallout from this environment later. For now, Oracle Co ceos are cleaning out & skinnying down the organization to drive stock to $80 target price per share. After that ...it’s anyone’s guess, if they get there.

Once known for real knowledgeable pro’s, oracle is now the trailer park of tech.

All those "clients" see is what it is- sour grapes from a few disgruntled ex-employees. You're on an anonymous forum, your stupid rants serve nothing except to clutter this space and drown out actual information about upcoming layoffs the rest of us want to know.

We are just trying to warn future clients to stay away from this sick company, 90% on the bottom of the company used to build this company up, now nobody cares anymore because a few at the top have ruined everything only thinking about themself. People need to go to court to get their salaries etc etc you can read it all over the news. Oracle is a big bubble its only a matter of time...

Hahahahaha Oracle is horrible but you guys spend so much energy ranting and praying Oracle fails.

To the people at the top, you are only a number. When they want heads, they get heads. They want to reduce headcount or get rid of expensive old salaries and replace the workforce with cheaper labor. That's how they play the game.

When did this become a forum for ranting? Is this news about a layoff?

They will decimate the company and then wonder what went wrong.

Then, being narcissists they will NEVER look at what THEY did. They will just stutter, point fingers and try to lay blame on everyone else. There is never any auto-correction from a narcissist, because they cannot admit they made a mistake that would need correction, even to themselves.

Narcissists are walking disaster areas.
