Current departmental management only hires their "people", whether it be their friends, a---kissers, and the likes; making it harder to improve anything. New management and new talents need to be utilized. Fire all middle management and hire new one. The new management can then clean-house as needed.

GE kept the same people that were screwing BHI up before the merger and left them in charge afterwards and expected something to change. That's the exact definition of insanity.

Any word on cuts at NHR or any other GoM support facilities. We have no work, I'm sure its only a matter of time. Left Broussard office when it closed, relocated to Houston. Should have taken a package.

Agree about Aberdeen. They're a low-performing business unit losing revenue and work. Poor local management and incompetence has cost us dearly.

They should slash jobs and salaries in Aberdeen as well. Lot of deadwood over there.
