I was told eventually Personnel, Vision Center and AP going 3-party. Anyone with a office should be looking for another position. They don’t want to pay wages and benefits. It’s rolling out in some states already. DM and Reg Health and wellness cuts and all Vision Center Managers and all associates completely cut!

I think "eventually" means months. The writing is on the wall. I will continue to go to work and do my job like I always do, but I'm preparing myself for the dreadful news. What's sad is that some of us actually enjoy our jobs and like what we do....but this does not matter as these decisions are being made.
Cuts here, cuts there, cuts everywhere. If this doesn't look like a slow and painful death, than I don't know what does! WM is reminding me more and more of Sears, with no innovation or ideas-just lots of survival tactics to prolong their misery.

I can see this being true for the vision center. We have been selling through product and have not been getting replenished. I often make the comment that we look like we are going out of business from a merchandise standpoint. When I question this, the response I get is "we are getting a new buyer". At first, I went along...but this is the answer I've been getting for months...
