Oracle Managed Cloud Services is the old group that managed private customer data centers. The execs stopped investing in this group about two years ago when public cloud became the priority.
Yes they are, next 3 weeks. On prem services to be cut as well. SAD. Oracle to get out of all on prem support, Oracle selling off all field services support. Cloud is the focus.
