Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

By the look of these posts, the good people are leaving and the only ones left will be the sycophants and those who are only there to collect a paycheck. My new job has taught me the risks to Nike are greater than I appreciated when I was one of the faceless minions at CIS. Nike IT leadership does not invest in its people and has no interest in their future. They fail to see the company's and the employee's futures are inexorably linked. People will leave their guard down, stop caring, stop working, or even worse, sabotage the network on their way out the door with a pocket full of USBs loaded with company data. This is when network breaches happen. This is how intellectual property is lost. This is how great companies fail. Anyone listening or have all the good people left already?
