Too much hiring in he past few years and most of the new hires have nothing much to do, no growth or long term projects .. just milking the current memory demand which is cyclical. The tsunami is fast approaching.

'High Performance' certainly doesn't apply to Optane....
@1fit, you clearly don't understand Intel focal, regardless what document say, it is not productivity based. High performance does not mean you produce more for Intel
ACT is always "performance based" (per heavily broken process and culture where selections is majority of the ones not liked by their managers or were kept as spare change for such event or were not doing politics/lying or had some subjective backstabbing feedback and there will be small number of real bad performance)
