Whoever works for Cisco knows what he's talking about. Just looking at the directory, in any structure/org, 80% are indians. That's why the company is going down.

I like only hire smart people but they not always available.
Good point! Have you noticed how white Americans only like to hire white Americans. Then if any other race gets employed they cry like babies about nepotism and their jobs being taken. Pathetic isn't it.
I assume that's the point you were trying to make?
Work for another company if you dislike like nepotism.
