To the person that said the positions being eliminated are useless, let me tell you something. I have worked at Walmart and Sam's over 30 years. And while my position is the Accounting office I have helped in every area when needed. All of them! I have saved the company assets by finding errors, I have saved cashier jobs by finding their mistakes, I have always took pride in my job. I have gone above and beyond to make this company great! If you think the positions being eliminated are useless you just wait till your on the block. I am sure though you are one of the ones that slide in, cause chaos and leave. Don't put down those of that are hurt by this...in the end you will be counted as useless as we are!!!
Reposted from @PniDJx3-fqtp. I agree completely, Just because you personally don't know what somebody does at their job it doesn't mean that position is useless, on the contrary. But you (and Walmart) will learn that soon enough the hard way, anyhow.
