When cost of sale is so high, it's amazing that any BU makes any money. GSP sales seemed to get thinned out past few years. Expect the same for the rest soon.
So many useless people in Sales who can't read a contract, can't use Excel, can't explain their customer's business and challenges, don't know their customer's IT landscape & refresh cycles, don't know their customer's org chart, can't qualify a deal, can't identify roadblock approvers, can't explain any level of support above base TS, yet still think they are **** hot awesome ... it's a wonder Cisco can still sell anything at all.

What is cms?
Cms killed off their sellers last year. They only focus on giant accounts and aim all their energy at GES sellers. With GES getting hit today there will likely be nobody to sell cms.

SPARK is dead. Cisco can't even give Spark away for Free. It's no wonder that the Collaboration Business Unit (BU) was impacted by 700 layoffs this month.
