Why would Tivo buy it? They have already taken the best people from NDS.

Comcast is a stupid sh$t of a "company" but even they are not so retarded as buy NDS....although it may be close.
Their customer service is bottom of the tallow bin for sure and I hate supporting them as an account. Dumd a$$ engineers and execs for ages. They are worse than DMV.

Unlikely, too much of what we produce competes with Comcast's own platform, but in a less feature rich way. More likely we will continue to be sold off piecemeal. Will Comcast take the odd group here and there? Maybe. Will they take the whole lot? No.

Why comcast? I was hoping my sibling NDS will join us at technicolor! I'm guessing comcast will buy NDS for 500M? 1/10 the value like technicolor brought CDBU (SA). So Cisco blows 12B+ for Scientific Atlanta and NDS....
