Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Customer Success

NAA CSM SaaS witnessed the departure of SM. The GVP of OMC, CB, will be leading the charge. Anyone aware of upcoming changes or what to expect from CB style and approach?

I’m sure she makes less money than the other guy.

She's there for the moment but that whole group is being looked at, "customer success' is laughable

Customers hate Oracle and especially Oracle support (or lack of it) for the untrained people who occasionally pick up the phone only to tell them their SR is in the system. Customers are on hold for hours and never get a resolution for simple issues. The only success so far is Oracle execs lining their pockets with all that cash from overpriced support.

You've got to be kidding! She was already there and didn't piss off anyone too much - so she got thrown in. It has nothing to do with leadership of any kind. There is no leadership in support and they don't want anyone to start now. Chucky is very happy raking in the blood money from all those hapless on premise customer with no where to go and won't have any of his directs "leadership" get in his way.

Don’t get too excited snowflake, this is pure coincidence, LM, MH and SC could care less about somebody being an inspirational leader, it just worked for them for other reasons and you got lucky.

CB is an inspirational leader - what a change from the “old white “yes” men” we’ve all been unimpressed with. Oracle is starving for a true leader and it really is a glimpse of hope that MH/CZ promoted CB into this important role
