Oracle is in panic mode. They are whacking employees right & left with no thought of what their job was, leaving the rest scrambling to figure out how to cover the rif'ed employees old jobs. Nobody is safe. Totally insane.

Oracle has a very narcissistic management team. The exhibit the same qualities that we also have as Commander-in-Chief.
That’s what I do, sit in my office reading and listening to news. As my idiot manager thinks all is fine, waiting for my package. Working at oracle is a vacation. Two paychecks a month and don’t have to do sh--. Perfect I don’t have to do anything job. I can even stay home and drink beer all day lol.

Where have you been over the last year?
Well I’m certainly not scrambling to cover my RIFed colleagues work. I could care less. I’m just spending my day on the internet looking for a new job and trying to look busy. Nobody on my team has put in an honest days work in almost a year
