The plans were made for Waco and it is years in the making. They will never allow someone else to compete/set up business in Waco. It will never close completely for competitors being too close. The plans were made more than 10 years ago to build more hangars in Greenville. I always thought that was for bottleneck reasons, but with poor contractual work, the profitable work is being moved to Greenville. Because it would be bad for L3 not meeting requirements for a contract, they simply cannot quit the contract. It forces them to finish an unprofitable contract which is the case at Waco. Additionally, L3 spent oodles of legal fees in Greenville for no taxed property. Also, they have made many improvements to buildings and that prosperity continues. It would only make sense to move operations to Greenville.

I ask Waco, have they been renovating your buildings? Have they made any improvements visible to the customer? If not, well, why would you add non-value added stuff to a made to fail environment?

It's sad, great product but the environment is less than stellar unless you are a yes man, no one seems to care, Leadership both at the Gvl level or New York level to make inroads to stop the environment and create a more hospitable environment built on respect. CK takes over 2018 maybe he has been paying attention and has a plan, otherwise resume is ready

lets be realistic here, everyone reads this stuff even leadership, if it weren't true they would be sending out communications and having meetings to get everyone on the same page. In fact at least at Waco the Greenville folks say it all the time in meetings so stop drinking the cumbaya kool aid and at least acknowledge that the relationship between the two operations are caustic and no one has ever wanted to fix that.

Probably since the leadership of Greenville and Waco have battled it out for so long trying to one up each other it has flowed down, if your a member of management you know this to be true,

So what does Greenville have against Waco? Waco is a group of hard working people that was unfortunately placed under very bad management for too many years. What makes you happy that jobs of many good people are at risk?

yeah well there's a half dozen people in Gr$$nville driving 100k+ cars but the other 99% of us schmucks are paycheck-to-paycheck with insurance and benefits getting more expensive. So really what's it matter if GVL makes a gazillion dollars. It ain't yours and you only get a little whiff of it if your in the "select few" club....the 100k car club I guess you could call it.
