Completely inaccurate. fresh managers have signed a 2 year contract. Now after those two years could the company direction change on this.... sure but as of now it's not being outsourced. APM's are now EPM's full assistant managers. (Have been for a while now) If they were going to eliminate them it would have happened after the 7 year agreement we had with the government to maintain those salaried positions. Also you need only to look to walmart they typically make changes to positions there first then they carry over to sams club 1-2 years later.
