Our sears store had long lines all day at every CAC and yet we were down over 50% from last year.
The only thing people were buying were the clearance products and using only points it was rare to see someone dig into their pockets for a card or cash, if they didn't have points they weren't in our store. This will not end well for the company, not sure what they were thinking, I'm sure its not going as they planned that's for sure. Any other stores seeing the same trend ?
