I have noticed that the company is VERY s-xist. In fact, one of the most s-xist I have ever worked for.

Well we all know this is a consistent problem in Los Angeles area districts that is repeatedly brushed under the rug.
What's EEOC
To many to count, GM's and above are the puppet masters and have different rules. They throw their corruption in everyones face, they are never likely to be fired because they are protected. Unless they do something extremely wrong, I've seen demotion but not ever fired. I used to joke that once you become a GM you have joined Kobra Kai. Lol.
