what is the standard lay off package?
Management has to act DUMB. It is part of their required training. Stick to script and be done in 15 min. IN and OUT.
HR said there were 57 people impacted in our group.
I assume "group" is a very generic/flexible term. It might refer to BU - e.g. to thousands of people (across different continents).
What group were you in? I have a bad feeling myself.
I was impacted on October 10th, I was advised my services were no longer needed. The letter I got from HR said there were 57 people impacted in our group. It's interesting though, I have no idea who the other people are. I have spoken to many people, including managers that were not aware of the Limited restructuring. Maybe the others will get notice this week.
